Details Introduction
Structure: The main girder and outriggers are made of box-type steel structure, the whole of which is in the shape of a closed box, with high strength and good rigidity, capable of withstanding large loads.
Principle: the big car moves longitudinally along the track, the small car runs transversely on the box main girder, the lifting mechanism completes the vertical lifting and lowering of the bridge girder through the steel wire rope and the hook to realize the precise lifting.
Features: large lifting capacity (up to hundreds of tons), strong stability, excellent windproof and anti-seismic performance; compact structure, easy to install and dismantle, suitable for prefabricated girder yards, bridge construction sites and other places.
Application: Mainly used in railroad and highway bridge construction to complete the lifting, transferring and erection of concrete girders.
