Shipbuilding gantry crane is referred to as shipbuilding gantry crane. Its structural tonnage is large tonnage, which is mainly used for hull splicing, with a tonnage of at least 100 tons. This gantry crane is widely used in shipbuilding industry, so it is named shipbuilding gantry crane.

A shipbuilding gantry crane is a type of crane used to assemble the hull of a ship in a shipyard. The machine usually has two lifting trolleys: one has two main hooks, the other has a main hook and a secondary hook, two lifting trolleys cross-operation, easy to rotate and lift large and medium-sized hull.

(1) It has various functions such as single hoisting, lifting hoisting, aerial turning, aerial horizontal micro-rotation and so on;
(2) The gantry has two types of single main beam type and double main beam type for users to choose, and the main beam adopts variable cross-section optimization design for reasonable use of materials;
(3) The rigid outrigger of the gantry has single column type for Yonghe to choose;
(4) The lower trolley is equipped with main and vice hooks, which are placed below the center of the main beam;
(5) The upper and lower trolleys can traverse each other for operation;
(6) All lifting and running mechanisms adopt frequency conversion speed control.
