Tire type beam lifting machine is a set of machine, electricity, liquid technology in one of the lifting equipment, it is mainly used in precast beam field of concrete beam lifting, handling and with the beam truck loading and other operations. Compared with the traditional wheel rail type beam lifting machine, the tire type beam lifting machine concentrates multiple functions on one machine, thereby saving equipment investment costs.

Tire type beam lifting machine is mainly used for railway T beam lifting, but also can be applied to highway, urban light rail prefabricated bridge lifting. Its performance is stable, with good flexibility and security.

(1) The crane walks in a straight line along its normal lane, and can turn the traveling wheel 90˚ and walk at right angles to the original road, and can also turn the traveling wheel to a certain angle in the yard for self-turning walking, so that the crane can turn around;
(2) The electrical drive of each main working mechanism of the crane is fully digital AC frequency conversion, PLC control speed regulation, and its hoisting mechanism also has the function of constant power speed control;
(3) The crane is equipped with various safety devices to ensure reliable and safe operation;
(4) Under loaded condition, its hoisting mechanism and trolley running mechanism can work separately or at the same time, and the trolley traveling and trolley running mechanism can also work separately or at the same time.
