Details Introduction

1. Double-width two-way girders can be erected. During girder erection, the bridgehead and the middle of the bridge can be used as the starting point of the operation, and the main girder can be adjusted;

2. Disassembly type structure, the whole machine limit, power supply bracket, ladder, etc. are all connected by bolts, which is convenient for on-site installation and transition, thus reducing the installation time and improving the operation efficiency;

3. The angle adjustment of the bridge erecting machine is convenient, and a positioning device is added between the rotating flanges of the outriggers; the position of the rear outriggers can be adjusted according to the actual situation on site.

1）It mainly consists of main girder, cantilever girder, lower guide girder, front and rear outriggers, auxiliary outriggers, girder crane, cantilever crane and electro-hydraulic system.
2）It is suitable for erection of single-span simply supported girder of three different spans, with the advantages of simple support erection, fixed-point lifting, good stability of girder hoisting, high operational efficiency, safety and reliability, convenient adjustment of variable spans, easy to operate and so on.
(3) It is capable of erecting straight line, curve (R>2000m), longitudinal slope of 20m, 24m, 32m, etc. and variable span double line prestressed concrete box girder.
(4) In addition to standard bridge erection, it can also meet the requirements of first and last span erection, curve erection, variable span erection, continuous beams, combined beams, continuous steel structure, and so on. Existing bridge erection, simple support variable span continuous erection and other working conditions.
