Structure: The single main beam is suspended on the roof or steel structure, not occupying the ground space, using C-type / U-type steel plate welding, with lightweight electric hoist trolley, the self-weight is more than 30% lighter than the traditional models.
Principle: The main beam moves longitudinally along the roof rail, the trolley runs horizontally, the hoisting mechanism lifts and lowers the heavy loads by means of steel wire ropes/loop chains, and the frequency conversion electric control system regulates the speed accurately.
Characteristics: High space utilization (hanging installation saves the ground), light weight and low noise (noise ≤ 75dB), small limiting size (large lifting range), equipped with overload protection and other safety devices as standard.
Application: small and medium-sized workshop workpiece lifting, warehousing and logistics goods transfer, especially suitable for the limited height of the plant or the noise and space requirements of the scene.
