Details Introduction
Core structure: double main girders (heat-resistant steel + thermal insulation, resistant to ≤ 400 ℃), double winches, main and auxiliary hooks (lifting capacity ≥ 50 tons), with casting spreader / electromagnetic suction cups, motor electric control with heat insulation cover.
Operating characteristics: operating class A7-A8 (24 hours continuous heavy load), double brakes / overload limiter and other safety redundancies, fatigue strength 40% higher than ordinary cranes.
Application scenarios: steelmaking / foundry workshop lifting steel ladle, ingots and other high-temperature loads, adapted to the high temperature of the converter / electric furnace and other equipment, metal splash environment.
