Details Introduction
Structure: A single main beam spans both sides of the plant track, with end-beam wheels attached at both ends, and the trolley carries an electric hoist to move laterally on the main beam.
Principle: the big car travels longitudinally along the plant track, the trolley moves transversely, the lifting mechanism raises and lowers the heavy loads, and it is controlled by push button/remote control.
Characteristics: simple structure, low cost (investment is 30%-50% less than double beam), light weight, does not occupy the ground space, suitable for ≤ 20 tons of small and medium-sized lifting.
Application: small and medium-sized workshop workpiece lifting, warehouse logistics goods transfer, single-span plant or lifting low-frequency scenarios more economical.
Difference with European style: traditional single beam has bigger self-weight and fixed speed operation, European style single beam is lightweight and equipped with frequency conversion speed control, higher precision and safety.
